Project Overview:
This 665-square-foot, two-story addition was designed to enhance the family's functional space while preserving the home's existing interior and exterior aesthetics. The front entry was relocated and
a new concrete walkway and staircase were created. We added a family room, a guest room, and an additional bathroom, as well as remodeled an existing bathroom. The downstairs bathroom was converted to a full bath with aging-in-place features including a curb less shower and reinforced shower walls for future grab bar installation. Additionally, the engineered hardwood flooring on the main level was replaced.

This condo remodel aimed to update the home's style and enhance its functionality. We completely remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, installed new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) on the main floor. The mantle over the fireplace was replaced, hardwoods on the stairway and in the loft were refinished, and the bathroom was remodeled to include aging-in-place features. New paint throughout.

Beaverton Whole Home Remodel

This whole home remodel was designed for a multi-generational family living situation. A private suite for grandparents was created, featuring an aging-in-place bathroom. A private home office space was added, and the master bedroom and bathroom were remodeled. All interior surfaces in the home were updated, including custom-built cabinets throughout, a built-in drink station, and built-ins in the dining area. This whole home remodel involved a complete gutting down to the studs in almost every room of this home. The project included a custom new construction 3-car garage and mudroom. The interior layout was reconfigured to incorporate an additional
three full baths, transforming the space into a 4-bedroom,
5.5 bath home where each bedroom connects to its own bathroom. The design focused on transitioning this 1980s contemporary home into a timeless farmhouse. The original garage was repurposed into a living room. A full basement was built out to create an office, craft room, home gym, bedroom, bathroom, and billiards room with entertainment area. Almost every surface in the home, from sheetrock to finishes, were meticulously replaced to achieve a cohesive and modern aesthetic.

This ADU was constructed on our client's property as a rental unit, intended to generate additional income. Designed to complement the main house, it offers 800 sq ft of living space, featuring a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout perfect for tenants. A private entrance was strategically positioned at the property line, ensuring separation between renters and owners. A fire suppression system was required for this unit, which caused need for an enlarged water supply line from the city main The unit includes French doors that open to a secluded backyard area, enhancing privacy and outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with in-unit laundry facilities, adding convenience and functionality for tenants..

Accessible Bathroom Remodel
Project Overview:
This bathroom was updated to accommodate aging in place and accessibility for our clients, who have an adult special needs child. We installed a curb less shower with a bench, a wand, and a slide bar, along with controls near the shower entrance to simplify caregiving tasks. The flooring was updated to provide added
traction, and the tile, cabinets, and lights were replaced. A more private space for the toilet was created. We also installed a floating vanity, a wall-mounted bidet, and touch sensor faucets. To increase space in the laundry room a swing door was replaced with a pocket door.

The floor plan of this house was opened up to create a more welcoming and inclusive space for the family, with the kitchen becoming the home's focal point. To achieve this, a load-bearing wall was removed and a steel beam was inserted into the ceiling. The entryway, stairwell, and carpet were updated, and the patio door was upgraded and relocated and a window installed in its original place. New cabinetry and updated flooring were added to both the kitchen and bath. Project Overview:
In this home remodel windows were replaced to increase energy efficiency. The exterior was updated, including the front door, stone pillars with planter boxes, and the garage door, as well as installing new lighting fixtures to give the outside a fresh look. The interior was then fully remodeled. The existing staircase treads and handrail were replaced and stained, with black metal balusters and a beam wrap added in the entry. The kitchen layout was reconfigured, and all new appliances and custom cabinets were installed. A new gas line was brought in to convert the existing wood burning fireplace to a new gas insert. All three bathrooms were remodeled to include new tile floors, all new tile custom cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures. The entire house received new paint and refinished hardwood floors.
