This Accessory Dwelling Unit or ADU is one from our pre-planned designs. The 800 sq foot, 2 bedroom unit has everything you could want in a small home. Located on our client's property, this was built for multigenerational living for aging in place. This ADU features a gourmet kitchen, 2 mini split ductless heating and cooling systems, a skylight in the master bedroom and a large bathroom that could provide access for a wheelchair if needed. The client's adult child and spouse will occupy the ADU until the home owners feel they have reached a time when they cannot manage the large main house on their own.
